The Program facilitator, Dr. Monica Velletri, ND (the "Facilitator"), is providing services as an educator only. Participation in the Program does not constitute a medical consultation or establish a doctor-patient relationship. The Facilitator is not acting as your primary healthcare provider.

2. Medical & Prescription Disclaimer

The Site and Program provide information for educational purposes only and do not involve medical diagnosis or treatment. You agree not to start, stop, or alter the dosage of any medication or supplement based on Program content without the explicit supervision of your own prescribing physician. The Content is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

3. No Guarantees & Individual Results

4. Assumption of Risk & Eligibility

5. Intellectual Property & Limited License

The Site and all content—including videos, health protocols, handouts, and text (the “Content”)—are the property of Dr. Monica Velletri, ND.

Neither the company nor any party involved in the site shall be liable for any direct, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site. This includes physical injury, illness, or loss of data. In all events, the company’s total liability to you is limited to the total amount paid by you for the program.

7. Non-Refundable Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Content and the intellectual property provided, all Programs are non-refundable. You remain financially responsible for the full Program fee regardless of your level of completion or perceived results.

8. Third-Party Services

The Company is not responsible for performance problems caused by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, web hosting, or community platforms). Such problems are governed solely by your agreement with those providers.

9. Site Feedback & Communication

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you send regarding the improvement of the Site or Program shall become the property of the Company. 10. Privacy & Community Conduct

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts sitting in Ontario, Canada.
